Some of the universities to which I applied ask for two recommendation letters. On last semester, I did quite well on two math classes (one class is Calculus, and another is Computer Programming). And I'm a math major. Will that be a problem if both letters come from math department? Or is it better for me to choose a professor from another department, like physics.

Anybody can answer my question?

I don’t think it would look bad, considering you’re a math major.

I think those two profs would be fine.

Thank you so much!
