Recommendation problem

I have applied to colleges for fall transfer. Two of the colleges that I applied to were due on the first and were sent in time. They also required recommendations. A professor agreed nearly two weeks ago to fill them out. At the time, he indicated that they will be done over the last weekend of February. I checked in with him one week ago to find they were not done. One college stated that they needed the not long after the application due date (about a week after), so I said I really need these two done ASAP. Then I also noticed that a form was missing, but it was fine since that one is not due until the fifteenth of this month. Anyway, he asked me to write a note saying which ones needed to be out and I did so, one week ago. Today, with the third recommendation in hand, I returned to drop it off to him. He still has not sent the two that he has had for nearly two weeks now. When he said that he still had them, my eyes slightly bugged out for a second, but I composed myself quickly and reiterated how important they were. I'm not sure what to do, as the one college that I thought I might have a decent chance at wanted them by this week. However, there are no other professors that know me well enough other than those two who are willing to take on that task. At the time, he indicated me to stay to get them sent, but I was on my way to a class. Part of me wants to visit again either in twelve hours or on Wednesday to make sure they are sent. However, it may not work out in my favor. Should I consider doing that or is it too much? Should I contact the colleges who are expecting the essays? It's really frustrating.

Shoulda been late to class, just saying…

It crossed my mind, but it was a class that I needed to attend. He wasn’t free at that second anyway. It might have been a thirty minute wait, which would have ended with me being absent from the class (over 15 minutes late). However, my questions were, “Should I contact him later or on Wednesday? Is that too much, too pushy? Should I contact the colleges expecting the recommendations?”
