<p>yeah, print out another form. That's usually what you do for most schools, at least that's what I did last year(i might apply for transfer next year).</p>
<p>Let me follow that up with another question... If the recommendation is coming from an employer, would you need the form (they're created for teachers... e.g. 'Courses Taught' and 'Dates Taught'). Thank you for the response by the way.</p>

hmm, I guess what I'd do is fill out the top of the form then have the recommender fill out the beginning of their part, then attach a separate recommendation. That's what I did when I had someone I volunteer w/ write a rec.</p>
