<p>Read "Faith of My Fathers" by John McCain. It's great. He has a chapter entitled "Plebe," (needless to say, it's all about his plebe year at the Academy and the stuff he went through).</p>
<p>People should also read A Sense of Honor by James Webb. (Now a Senator) Webb is a graduate who went Marines and served in the Vietnam War. The book is about the academy in the late 60's but I think a lot of the stuff is still relevant today. I read it for the first time about three years ago and I'm saving the last half of it for the plane ride to Annapolis!</p>
