Hey, I was just wondering if the level class a teacher teaches should be a factor in determining which teachers to ask. I know I can get a really good recommendation from my AP Calc teacher. For the other one, I knw I should get a humanities teacher. I am not sure whether to ask my Spanish IV teacher or my AP Gov teacher. They would both write good recommendations, but I think my Spanish IV teacher could probably write a little bit better recommendation. But, would the recommendation look better from my AP Gov teacher because he taught me in an AP class versus a regular class? Or does that even matter?

Pick the teacher that describes you the best. In your case, I’d go with Spanish IV.

The level of the class doesn’t matter that much. Go with the teacher who will be able to provide a better recommendation.

Okay, got it. Thanks guys!
