Recommendations for schools/Chances

Hello, I am transferring, with solid academic reasons/other reasons.

Currently attending Universit? of Florida in the Honors Program, majoring in Statistics.

Freshman--4.0 GPA
First semester classes--Calc 1, Micro, Stats, Hebrew

Strong upward trend in college.

Attended fairly prestigious high school, I think it was ranked 39th in Newsweek. IB Diploma recipient, etc. ~3.5 GPA UW, top 10% of class.

SAT~1360ish, but I'm retaking, and I'm actually going to study this time.

I have two professors who are happy to write me recommendations, and solid ECs in high school and college, bilingual.

I want to transfer to a school that is better academically than UF, preferably in the city, that has a solid statistics program, and a solid pre-actuarial studies program. Oh, and I'd really really prefer that the school is not obscenely large. UF is way overcrowded, and I miss the personal attention.

My current list in order of where I feel it is best for me to apply (feel free to chance me or suggest schools that you think may be a good fit for my stats, major preferences). I absolutely hate it at my current school, and I was forced to go there--I really would like to find a school where I'm a better fit.

WashU (I was deferred here for freshman admissions, will this hurt me or help me?)
UNC
Emory (I was also deferred here freshman year)
Georgetown
Cornell (I was denied here freshman year, but I'll be applying to a different college with totally different career preferences, though should I not bother?)
Brandeis (I was accepted here freshman year, but I would only want to go here if I didn't get in anywhere else)

Reaches--
Brown
Upenn (arts and sciences)
Yale

Any advice on how to clean up the large number of schools on this list, or schools you know of that I don't have here that you believe are good fits?

Bump please?
