Recommendations vs. Reports???

I am a transfer student preparing the reports/recommendations for the McDonough School of Business and I was wondering what the difference between the two are?
I am submitting a "letter of recommendation" from my high school superintendent, and the volunteer campus coordinator at my university.

The "reports" come from my high school guidance counselor, the dean of my university, and a professor at my university. Does that mean I have two "recommendations" and should submit one more? Sorry if this is confusing, I would like some help so I do not send too many or too few, thank you.

bump??? =/

the reports that Georgetown requests are the same as recommendation. So technically whoever you give the reports to can make check marks, write a few sentences on the report and that will count as recommendation. In most cases, however, an actual letter will be attached to the reports and together with the check marks part it will be considered a single recommendation. Report/recommendations are not different. If you need only three of them, give each individual report to appropriate officials and they will attach the letter if you request that they do.
