Transfer Rec.????

I am a transfer student.
I am slightly confused over "what to send".
-Professor Report
-Deans Report
-Secondary School Report

In addition, my high school superintendent will be writing a letter of recommendation for me and the campus Service Learning Coordinator is writing one as well. Is this appropriate? The superintendent one will most likely be included with the secondary school report? How should I go about doing this? Thanks

If the superintendent of your HS is writing a letter in lieu of your counselor, I think it will be appropriate. Anything related to your secondary school - including the transcript - should go with the Secondary school report. In this manner, superintendent letter should go there, too.

In regards to the letter by the campus Service Learning coordinator, I think if you think he/she is going to say something not found anywhere in the application/recs, go ahead.

You have to send the Dean’s report and Professor reports as well.

Alright thanks, I think I have a better idea of how to send everything;
-Secondary Report with Superintendent Rec.
-Professor Report
-Deans Report with Service Coordinator

Is that correct?

The purpose of the service coordinator i suppose is to highlight extensive volunteer work, shes a GWU alumni and has nominated me for a national conference & international trip for Habitat for Humanity which, has alot to do with my essay/field.

^Yes, that would be correct.

Did you already get the Dean’s report? Did you know the dean at least a bit? I’m trying to get one but I dont think he knows me enough…

well i met with her recently to approve me for 21 credits this semester (need approval past 18) so i used that as my introduction haha I’m meeting sometime this week to get the report; i got to a small private school only about 3500-4000 undergrads and my dean is of business & engineering at a VERY science driven (pre-med) school so its a little easier; do you attend a larger university?
