Recommended class sit-in for Preview

I’d definitely recommend a multivariable class–one is taught Monday at 10 by Frank Morgan. Other than that, the philosophy department is really good, and there’s an amazing Greek philosophy class from 11-12:15 the same day. They should give you a list of all the classes going on in a certain day… ask your host about the professors/for recommendations.

I’m sure most people will have already made their plans for tomorrow by now, but I’ll list a few courses in case there are a few night owls here.

Math
Multivariable Calculus w/Morgan - Quirky, funny, smart, and clear.
Applied Real Analysis w/Stoiciu - 12pm section b/c 11am section is full, amazing and caring
Knot Theory w/Adams

Physics
Foundation of Modern Physics w/Wootters - brilliant man, superb learning experience

Chemistry
Organic Chemistry w/Richardson - A look at one of the pioneers of our Chem dpmt.

English
Intro to the Novel w/Fix and Rhie - I had an awesome experience with Rhie my freshman year. Rhie is an up and coming prof in the dpmt and Fix is already a legend. Please note that this is a lecture course, so your typical english course will not be like this

Statistics
DeVeaux will either humor you or disgust you depending which story he decides to share in class today, if any. He’s very, very good at what he does, but can’t get on the wrong side of some people when he talks about the past jobs he’s had or the people he’s met.
