Reconsideration?

I received my notification of entry to Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences this Thursday. My friend, however was not as lucky and got rejected off the bat. I truly believe that she deserves to at least be reconsidered for the regular decision process. I was wondering if it would mean anything to the admissions officers if I sent them an email to at least reconsider her for the regular decision deadline. If you think it's worthwhile, can anyone tell me who to contact?

That would just be dumb. They do not care whether you think your friend should’ve gotten in or not.

That may also compel them to find something wrong with your file next semester and rescind your admit if it makes them angry.

Just keep your mouth shut and let your friend handle her own business, otherwise it may end up hurting you.

ZFanatic was pretty much on point, I wouldn’t recommend doing this. Sorry that your friend was rejected.

Definitely do not. ZFanatic’s comment 2x.
