<p>I don’t think there are any of these lights in Florida other than in city limits because the state attorney ruled they are illegal, hence you won’t find them on state highways today. Apparently the municipalities are using a legal definition “loophole” to use the things. In last spring’s legislative session the state almost made them legal, but ended up not passing legislation when they got hung up on how to split up the fines with local governments! Maybe if all the legislators get tickets cruising thru Tally before they vote next spring, they will get hacked off after having to pay fines and make the things illegal everywhere, including cities that are ripping people off with the “California roll” on right jackpot.</p>
