So. I don't really have the CC cred to start one of these threads. But who from CC is applying to Reed this year?

i am!
ED II, Math-Econ major

representin’ Washington, D.C. :)

I’m applying RD. At the moment I’m leaning towards sciences.

I’m applying RD math-econ. Can internationals seeking aid apply ED II? If they can, then applying ED II !!!

I’m applying RD-Religion Major

I’m applying RD Molecular Bio Major
International applicant.

I am applying RD Major in Physics and probably a minor in International Relations…
International Applicant from India…

i don’t think Reed has EDII for internationals.
so guess i’ll go for RD :)

me! rd, physics or math.

Just found out about this place- and probably going to apply for an engineering 3-2 program.

RD physics. Seems like there’s a lot of us here, heheh.

it seems that way. where else is anyone applying? i am having lots of trouble trying to reconcile all my criteria. reed is the only fit!! it is honestly the only school i’ve found that i’m completely down with writing a “why” essay about. i was really into chicago at one point so that one wouldn’t be difficult but i decided it was too cold. any ideas?? i’ve heard oberlin, but i don’t know.

^ I’m also applying to Swarthmore, Carleton, and Harvey Mudd.

Amherst EDer here. Reed is my second choice.

RD here. I’d love to ED but I need to compare FA packages.

RD-no idea what I want to major in, though. Possibly environmental studies? Or international relations? Or philosophy? haha.

RD- I want to major in French or Biology, I know it’s two completely different things but I know I want to go to med school eventually…
did any of you guys by any chance apply to the multiculural scholars day in november?
i got in and am psyched to go and visit the school :)

I’m applying regular decision… I’m inclined towards the humanities and social sciences, possibly English or sociology. I adore Reed so much.

Also, I’m pretty sure they don’t offer an engineering degree?

Engineering is available as dual 3/2 degrees with Caltech, Columbia and Rensselaer.

RD-undecided major. I love this school!
