I didn’t get a wait-list e-mail either. Guess that means I’ll be rejected. Hopefully they’ve decided to send us rejections on April 1st, too. I want to be done with this.

@Proboscis I hope so! It seems like an awesome campus and I know the academics are great. I’m probably heading to Brandeis which I’m pretty happy with as well.

Well, it was nice getting to know you guys and I hope that you thrive at whatever school you end up attending.
I think the main reason that I was waitlisted was b/c I received a 26 on the ACT and I didn’t really pursue an extremely rigorous course schedule. Only a couple honors/AP courses here and there. My stronger points were 3.9 UW GPA & recommendations. Nonetheless, I’m very happy it’s not out right rejection. Nobody jump to conclusions yet, emails could still be sending.

WHAT IS THIS?!?!?!?! HAS REED JUST DECIDED THEY COUDLN’T GET ADMISSIONS DONE BY TODAY SO THEY WAITLISTED EVERYONE INSTEAD???
That would be a bold move. Just waitlist the entire applicant pool and see what happens. Kind of a passive admissions style that puts it in the applicants hands
