Regarding Bio Subject Test

I want to take the Biology M subject test, but when I go to sign up for it on CollegeBoard, it keeps offering to take E/M. Do I have to take both? If not, at what point can
I choose which one to take? Thanks

Ok so what happens is this:

The format of the test is 60 General Biology questions, which include a few E & M questions. Then after that 60, there are 2 separate sections of 20 questions, one E and one M. You pick one of them while you are taking the test, and just answer that section’s questions. So basically, you don’t sign up for E or M, but you decide which one. On test day, it tells you to go to section 2 for E, or section 3 for M, and you pick one and go with it.

You don’t specify to Collegeboard which test section you will take, you just take it during the exam day, and they will grade it.
