If you do a Pre-Orientation program, since you have to arrive on campus a few days earlier, do you live in your actual room assignment or just a temporary room?

Are Pre-Orientation programs generally felt to be worthwhile?

Thanks!

my questions exactly…i really hope we get to stay in our actual rooms.

You move into your actual room early.

how certain are you? (not trying to be rude at all; I just want to know before I apply) :)

quick thing to note is that while you’ll move into your actual room, you might not really be in it. I know pennacle goes on a retreat, and pennquest is off in the woods, so for both of those, you’re only in your room for one of the nights you’re there early.

Yeah but it’s nice because there’s no traffic when you move in and nobody else is around so you can really settle in and then spend all day when you get back meeting your hallmates.

I strongly, strongly recommend pre-orientation programs. =)

can anyone comment how awesome pennquest would be?

how do you become involved in preorientation programs is it like an invite only thing?
