So I have a question about the Regents scholarship if you are out of state. The Regents scholarship supposedly covers full financial need if you are chosen as a Regents scholar. Does this full financial need include the out of state tuition fee?
It will only cover in-state tuition. If you are OOS, you would be responsible for the difference.
