<p>Question for out-of-state Regents' scholars with financial need:</p>
<p>Did the Regents' scholarship include coverage of the out-of-state additional tuition that normal financial aid would not cover?</p>
<p>this is something I’m trying to find out…because this could be my only hope for covering my Cal expenses for two years!</p>
<p>Well my friend who’s an international R&C scholar gets everything for free at UCB, he got an offer from Stanford but he choose Berkeley over Stanford because he wanted to do EECS not CS. #GoBears</p>
