<p>Hello</p>

<p>How do they choose who gets regents? Is it only based on gpa/sat?</p>

<p>My stats:</p>

<p>4.33 UC gpa (4.0 unweighted)
1990 sat
720 chem sat
750 math IIc</p>

<p>Do I have any chance of getting this scholarship?
I am out of state and I really want to go to ucsb but its so expensive, and from what I've heard, financial aid is not that plentiful even for someone like me with an EFC of 0. Also, are there any other merit based scholarships like this one? </p>
