If you got regents at UCR, can you guys post your stats? That would be really helpful. thank you, and congrats! :)

The reason was that I totally thought I'd get regents with a 4.1 UCGPA. I got $5000 for the "Chancellor's Scholarship" instead. Haha i guess I shouldn't really be complaining at all, I'm pretty lucky.

But I'm still curious to see what UCR wants in its regents.

I received Chancellors scholarship. What’s the difference between the it and the Regents scholarship since they are both worth $5,000. I believe Regents Scholarship is renewable for all 4 years, while Chancellors is not. Can someone verify this please? Have these scholarships always been this amount? I hate to sound ungrateful, but $5,000 is not that much if you consider the total expenses you have to pay to attend. Or have these scholarships decreased given the current budget cuts of the UC system?

the power of one – i think you’re right.
regents is all four years, and chancellors is the first year.
I think they totally just go by stats which is just your SAT/SAT II/UC GPA to determine which one you get.

I think the scholarship amount shockingly went up. in 2008 it was only 4.5k not 5k
