Registering for classes

when can we start registering for classes?

you register at orientation

What happens if I missed all the orientation dates? Is there some make up orientation?

What the hell have you been doing all summer?!

Well I'm a transfer student who was initially rejected (Jun 22.), then accepted on an appeal (August 2nd).

So am I screwed?

Not at all,
If you can come to USC before Welcome Week, call your academic adviser and set up an appointment. If you will not be in LA until Welcome Week, you will have to register on Aug 22nd at the school. Just pay attention to all the media and emails USC will send to you the next few days, it will tell you exactly what you need to do to prepare for the fall.

No, just figure out who is the department undergrad advisor for you major and email them. You can probably meet with them in person if you're around campus or figure out through email which classes you need to take. Then they can lift your advisement hold and you can register online.

If you already responded to the orientation people they probably will mail you your info packet and catalogue, though most of the essential information is online.

thanks a lot. your guys' info is very appreciated.
