I received my acceptance packet in the mail today! Now just waiting for aid. Does anyone know when to expect financial aid for regular decision applicants? Was it supposed to come in the acceptance packet?
Thanks :)

They were mailed out yesterday I believe. So you should get it next week.

D received her financial aid packet yesterday. Not as generous as the ND net cost calculator had indicated. Anyone else finding this? I wonder if they gave all their money to the EA group.

D2 received her financial aid packet today and we are all disappointed. D1 last year was a Reilly weekend participant and was offered the best aid of all of her accepted schools, though she elected to go elsewhere.

For D2, for whom ND may be/have been her first choice, this was $5-11K less in net cost before loans and work study than her other options, and larded with a seemingly impossibly large WS award of $2500.

Very disappointing and we will need to assess where to go from here.

I thought my award was great, and I’m an RD admit.

UM, how did it compare to their net cost calculator? What was your ACT if you don’t mind?

Their Net Cost Calculator isn’t even close, 16% off! I thought they were supposed to be somewhat meaningful. So with their proposed package, without adding additional debt it would take a monthly payment equal to 41% of my take home or 32% of my gross income. With their proposed debt and WS, it would still take 32% of my take home or 24% of my gross per month.

Does that sound reasonable? I can’t help but think there is a mistake.

My ACT was 33.
It was pretty much the same as what NPC said, but our EFC is 00000
