Rejected for too many units completed

Im originally from Russian and went to a University over there. I also went to a CC over here, completed about 65 unites here.
My gpa is 3.48, I applied to UCR, UCLA, UCSD and UCSB. got rejected from 3 of them, UCR is still pending(???). when I called UCSB to find out the reason for rejection, they informed me that between Russia and here Ive had almost 200 units which disqualifies me from being a junior, and since they do not accept seniors I was rejected. however, they think Im a great student and wish me all the luck. Please not that none of my russian classes are transferrable, nor was it a unit system (it was hours).
what do i do???????? stay at CC for another year and gain even more units???? go to a CalState (dont want to!)??? my GPA is high enough to be admitted and none of my Russian units are transferrable, and I dont want to be transferred as a senior but im still rejected?
if anyone has any idea of what I should do please help!
thank you

appeal and explain it to them that those units from russia isn’t transferrable
