<p>Hahahaha. I swear, admissions probably search these forums on a daily basis to see us badmouth their schools or to try to plug up all those admissions “leaks.”</p>
<p>I was talking with an admissions person at UCD and then I brought up the topic of scholarships/grants. She said, “Oh, according to that EFC you said earlier you won’t really qualify for grants or anything. As a UC we can’t really offer you any need based money. We’re not Cornell…”</p>
<p>Maybe she was just naming a random ivy, but she specifically said the one I was thinking about attending. I get paranoid easily, haha.</p>
<p>@ MidnightGolfer: hahaha you’re probably right. When I was initially rejected from UCLA, I was like damn…maybe I shouldn’t have been so obsessed with Cal on CC lmao. Then, when I called to appeal, the UCLA reps told me they had “overlooked” one of my prereqs… and then admitted me.</p>

My stats weren’t amazing but they weren’t horrible either… I should have Signed and EFFING TAG form I guess but i didn’t know about it until it was too late… o well, congrats to those that were accepted :)</p>
<p>LOL that’s crazy. I was so stoked when I got my acceptances from UCSD, UCD, and then finally UCLA that after the last one I said I didn’t care about UCSB and UCI anymore.</p>
