What are you, or have you currently done thus far to try and correct the situation and get back into running for UCSB? If anything?

I'll look into doing some research for you but some of those posters have already suggested some rather helpful things, but where are you standing thus far?

i just found out today so i've spoken with the admissions counselor. all the had to say was that tehre is nothing she can do without an appeal.
so im forming an appeal letter, with the syllabus of those classes and a description, which MAKE THEM transferrable.
and also, told them im taking 8 units over summer, 2 courses, and i mentionned that im into the honors program at my school (20 people out of the entire graduating business school class)

I'm afraid I was much too tired that evening, I meant to say what are you doing and what have you already done. Nonetheless you seemed to have caught the mistake in good humor -smiles-.

Good for you, not many people would take even a fraction of a step to even trying and getting their transfer looked at again or appealed. Best of luck and keep us up to date.

i called to ask something and the lady at admissions was like, “WHAT!!! THEY ACCEPTED U!! I didnt even know they were taking any one! you’re the lucky few!(like 10!) congrats!”

im happy for you peppamintt. its always nice to see things work out the way you want them to at the end. it has been a stressful few months for all of us, last thing you needed was your appeal getting rejected.
