<p>So, I'm really considering applying to Northwestern but I'm unsure whether to state my major as Industrial Engineering or Economics. I'm not quite sure what I want to do after college yet, so I don't really know what to major in. Does what major you put effect your chances of getting accepted? If I put my major as economics instead of Industrial Engineering (because as of right now I'm indifferent to which one I study), would it be "easier" to get accepted? For Engineering you'll need really great math/science scores and I only scored a 760 on my Math II SAT, and my AP Physics score was just terrible (my teacher DID NOT teach), so I feel like I probably wouldn't get accepted to Mccormick because of that.</p>
