I'm really interested in several NESCAC schools, and I'm wondering how open the Colby campus community is to people with strong religious beliefs. Is it open and welcoming? Skeptical? Hostile? How would you characterize life at Colby for a religious person?

Colby welcomes students with diverse beliefs and practices, values each and every student as an individual, and strives to maintain a collaborative and open community. Colby students come from all over the United States and across the globe, bringing with them different views of the world, different religious practices, different political beliefs, and different opinions. Our community embraces these differences and learns from them. Colby has an Office for Religious and Spiritual Life that seeks to promote the spiritual well-being of the entire community.
