reporting SAT II scores

At the end of my sophmore year, I took three SAT II subject exams kind of on a whim, one for a language I know I did not speak very well, one for a level of math that I had not taken in two years, and one that I surprisingly did fairly well on for a subject I studied freshman year. Basically I did not expect to do well on these at all, I took them more out of curiousity than anything else, and have since taken other subject exams in areas that I did much better in. Unfortuantely I have become aware that the College Board includes all of these exams on the official score report sent to colleges (which, also unfortunately, I did not know when I originally took my first SAT II tests.) My question is whether on the actual application, is it okay that I list only my top two or three scoring exams? I know that the colleges I apply to will be able to see my lower scores, but in terms of the admissions process, will they only factor in the ones I personally put on the application?

Also, I scored well on my AP Calculus exam this year, which greatly contradicts my SAT II math score. I am not exactly sure what happened here, but is this mildly redemptive for a poor SAT II ?

Any response would be great.

they see everything you took

I realize that they see all of the scores, that is not my question. they see all six of my SAT II's on the score report, but I was wondering if it is still okay to only list three on my actual application ?

Depends on application, if it asks for all SAT II scores, you need to provide them. If it justs asks for SAT scores and provides only a couple of spaces for them, you can probably list only a couple. However, for most colleges that require IIs (and that is actually only a minority of colleges) what you report on the app is irrelevant as they rely on the official scores they receive-- and then for admission they usually use your best two (or three if they require three SAT IIs). Having a good AP score means you may consider sending it though no college requires them. Nevertheless, colleges that require IIs rely on the IIs and the AP scores are just additional info that that they may or may not consider.
