Which are the best colleges with high credit transfer rate (i.e., from CLEP)?
I’ve looked at excelsior, but it seems to be regarded poorly?

Where do you live? What do you want to study?
Check your own home-state public universities for online options. Many do offer online programs now, and public universities often are pretty generous about CLEP and DANTES credit. Two long-standing distance ed programs that offer online as well as live classes in some locations are

Start with those.
I did not find a single online college in my state that offers psychology undergraduate.
I’d like to take psych
Thanks.
Can you get a General Studies major with a Psych minor? Would that work for master’s degrees (I’m assuming a Master’s is required for any kind of certification)?
I agree with checking into UMUC. They’re part of the University of Maryland System, but focused entirely on distance and adult learning. They have contracts with the military so they deliver courses reliably all over the world. (I worked there for seven years, my husband spent 26 years there, and my cousin just got her bachelor’s in criminal justice without ever setting foot on campus.) They’re great at working with students, so I feel confident they would do their best for you regarding transfer credits.
@“Erin’s Dad” I could major in both merely by changing majors near the end, the pell grant covers 6 years iirc.
What good would that do me, though?
And yes, I need a master’s.
Awesome to hear, @NerdMom88
