Transfer after Junior Year-flunked out

I went to a top university in the US (one of HYP)

and after some issues back in '12 I had to take a year off, got readmitted and fucked up my semester when I was on probation.

Bottom line is I need a school to graduate, and I have 25 credits (so is that like 100 units? idk)

is there a resource I can find on what schools will accept me?

My gpa is now pretty shitty at 2.5, but I did have a semester with a 4.0...

I know I fucked up pretty badly, so I just want a reality check- what are my realistic options right now?

University of Maryland University College will accept up to 90 transfer credits from a 4 year college/university.
Also, check out the public universities in your own home state. One of them might accept a lot of transfer credits.

But truly, if you didn’t have your act together after a full year off, what makes you think that you will be able to keep it together at a new place? Maybe you should consider a career that only requires a short training period, and then finish up your degree (or not) when you truly are ready.

I graduated from an HYP-peer institution. Flunking out of those places almost requires a deliberate act of will. Whatever it was that caused you to mess up so completely is something that you need to deal with before you worry about where you can finish your undergraduate degree.
