"Request Still Pending"

I sent out SAT scores to four schools for free when I took the October test. Today, I just checked and all four of those schools have "Request Still Pending", and one of them was UPenn, my early decision school, which I got rejected from. Does this mean that they haven't received scores and that CollegeBoard screwed me over?

I got a blue postcard saying that all of my materials had been received, but the score reports were my own responsibility. I didn't get any other notification. The other thing is that I noticed this just now. I think they just updated it because the "Request Still Pending" was not there before. I don't know what to say, but if they never sent my scores out, then it's a lousy reason to get rejected for. It's partly my own carelessness, but I couldn't have known when that notice was never there to begin with.

Hm, I know Penn received my October scores but somehow my November scores got lost...Another guy from my school ran into the same issue. Bizarre...
Did you get an email listing everything they do and don't have? I got an email saying I was missing the November scores (SATIIs) and another document, so I ended up faxing and mailing over another copy...

I only got an e-mail saying that I was missing financial aid forms, which I sent it. That's about it. Nothing else.
