Requested financial aid documents incomplete!

I got an email today from the Financial Aid Office saying that after review, they needed more documents. They actually need the second paage of the Dependent Verification form, because they said it was left blank, but I'm sure I filled it out! I printed out every single document that they requested and completed it, making copies of everything!

Now I'm really worried because the deadline to submit the documents was yesterday. They said that if they don't receive the documents by that deadline, there will be limited financial aid elegibility. I sent the envelope with all the papers about 3 weekds ago, and I got an email about a week ago confirming that they received the documents, just that they needed to review them. And now that they have reviewed them, and they say they're "incomplete", does that mean I'm in danger of losing financial aid money??

Technically I submitted my documents on time, so what do you guys think?

print out the email verification. call the financial aid office. tel them that you have email verification that your documents were received and photocopies of the sent documents. ask them what the best course of action for you to do would be.

they usually extend the deadline for incomplete docs
