do you need to be a permanent resident(green card) or U.S. citizen to take the test?
or can you take it with visa?
I’m sure this is on the AAMC website. I’m pretty sure anyone can take the test. Getting into medical school as an international is extremely difficult though with little to no financial aid in existence.
International students are eligible to take the MCAT so long as you have a valid government issued ID (passport from your home country w/ photo; or US government ID w/ photo)

As IWBB said the issue will be – a) getting an acceptance and b) financing your medical education
