Requirements for UofW transfer student OOS. How does my profile look?

Looking to apply to the University of Washington as a OOS transfer student, but I am wondering if I will even be competitive with my current profile. My goals at this university would be to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. I cannot seem to find accurate course articulations with my community college in California which is why I’m asking.

I think that you’re a solid candidate based on your grades. The average transfer GPA’s around a 3.4 so you’re comfortably above that.

I was a UW transfer student too, though I came from a Washington state CC with a 3.8 GPA. The UW prioritizes transfer admissions for in-state community college students by quite a bit. Your grades are a shoe-in but all you need to do is write a great essay on why you need to go to specifically UW versus another school in California. Those two, along with 90 transferrable credits or above (or as close to it as possible) along with being fully prepared for your major are all the big factors you need to communicate.
