I was accepted SCEA and was just curious. I currently have a B in my AP physics class, probably the hardest class I’ve taken in my four years at high school, and I am usually a straight A student. I was just wondering if potentially getting a B in one class would be questionable if I have always maintained a 4.0 GPA? I realize this may sound crazy, but I am genuinely curious, as I am putting in a lot of effort for the class and I still hold straight A’s in my other subjects.
No, no rescission for a single B.
You’re ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.
This is crazy
Please go and relax. My last semester before going to my Ivy? I had a blast – maintined all my grades but asked out every girl I wanted to. Went to baseball games w/buddies. Went out with a bang.
Worried about getting rescinded b/c my GPA would slip from 4.0 to 3.97 wouldn’t have been one of them. C’mon Mr. Harvard – use your analysis skills.
Congrats BTW. Please go and have some fun. Get some perspective. Run with scissors in your hands, color outside the lines, skip a class. You deserve it.
No Fs, no Felonies. Exaggeration, but true.
My brother is a soph at Harvard and got in SCEA. He got a C in calculus his senior year and a bunch of Bs. Don’t worry.
Thanks everyone I just wanted some reassurance
you do realize that you are one of like 1500 people they accept, meaning you probably had good essays, ECs, and grades, a B does not change that. All I have to say is that you got into Harvard, act like it.
