Rescinded because Transcripts were not sent UCSD

Ok so I went to high school in Argentina, and we graduate in December. While I was filling out my UCSD application form I my councillor stated that she sent all of the transcripts to every school I applied to, even to the UC schools. Therefore I believed that my portal for UCSD was up to date. After I got accepted I still believed that my transcripts were sent because I had to reason to believe they were not. Also when I called to ask if my IB scores were sent I also asked if my application was complete. The lady said yes and that I would have to wait a couple days for my IB scores. I called processing and told them the situation, but the lady said they couldn’t find my transcripts and that they can’t check records from January. So now I got a letter that I was rescinded because of missing transcripts. I sent the transcripts the day after I got that email and had long talks with admissions. Will I be reinstated and is there an appeal process, or will UCSD just check my scores with my application online to check everything is the same? Has this happened to anyone and what were the results?

Every case is different but, the school has to draw the line somewhere.

Send an email to admissions so that you have a paper trail. When your school sends a transcript, they usually make a note in your permanent record with the date of the information sent. You need to have your school personnel work on your behalf. It’s on your high school and you to follow through. You don’t have much time left.
