Rescinded for dropping a class?

Hi I was admitted to USC as a spring admit. However before receiving my admittance I was enrolled in a couple summer courses in preparation for transfer next year. Since I was accepted, I decided to drop those courses (they’re non-major prep courses, general education, or any requirements) since they’re just going to transfer as elective units. However my counselor said that she needs to review my official transcript in order to see if I could be rescinded?

Do you guys think I could be rescinded for this?

What are the condiitons for your provisional admission? I know that the California UC’s state in their provisional admission contract, dropping classes could be a cause for being rescinded and they recommend not to drop until you contact the school. Good Luck.

My conditions are the standard “admission contingent upon satisfactory completion of coursework, and avoidance of academic not behavioral misconduct.”
There are no specific conditions.

Perhaps but, only a USC admissions officer can tell you for sure. Ask them ASAP. It probably would have been a good idea to check with them first.

Hope it works out.
