SO i recently got accepted into georgetown-- I haad great grades-- A's B's nothing less..
But this year I take Pre calc and Physics and physics i got a B- or C plus and Pre-Calculus I have a D

How likely is it that they will rescind my acceptance letter at this point? I mean I am thinking about transfering from the physics class next semester anyway

you are in a precarious situation. Rather than waiting until the summer when they see your final transcripts, do the mature thing and call them now. Adcoms are impressed with students who own up to their shortcomings, and they’re FAR more likely to work with you at this point to suggest alternatives (summer classes, taking a class at a CC, etc) if you get in touch with them now than if you cross your fingers and just hope it all works out this summer.

I agree with mikemac.
