Anyone care to comment about their linen? I still have yet to buy some extra long Twin sized sheets, so if anyone can comment on them or suggest somewhere brick-and-mortar to buy, that would be cool.

Don’t do it just buy your sheets at a local store. My roommate bought them from the online linen and he was without sheets and a pillow for the first week of school. A lot of people complain about the online linens, but If you don’t want to lug around sheets then by all means buy them online.

The send that out every year and it seems really overpriced.

You can buy most of the things in their packages from Bed Bath Beyond or Target for much better prices and wider selection. All big box retailers have college dorm sales starting around August (all stores will also carry Twin XL sheets).

Yeah, you seriously don’t need extra sheets. I’m using my old sheets from home and they work just fine. Those things are a scam and not worth it.

Haha… I feel really sorry for anyone duped into buying that junk. There is absolutely no way to justify paying that price for that product. Listen, you don’t need FOUR pillow cases, an “egg crate pad” (are you an EGG!?), bath sheet (uh, what is a “bath sheet”), “underbed storage solution” or “bedside buddy” (do yourself a favor and get a girlfriend, instead).

Here’s a purchasing guide:

Sateen Sheets from BB&B w/ two pillow covers: $20.00
Pillow for head rest from Target: $8.00
Pillow for hot, sweaty pillow fights from Target: $5.00
Two bath towels from Target: $10.00
Hamper from Target: $10.00
Hand towel: not necessarily, just use paper towels in bathroom, or just wipe on shirt
Wash cloth: free, just pick up leftover giveaway towels at home football games

That’s $53.00 for brand new items. If you are so desperately inclined to spend $200.00, invest the remaining $147.00 on a nice down comforter and extra warm blanket.
