Does anyone have a link to a site that has residencies listed? Preferably something with how hard they are to get into, at the moment I'm flying blind and I'd like to know what I'm able to get into

Are you in medical school?

judging by their posts, cerealheretic is either a junior or senior in hs

In that case, it's not possible to evaluate at this point what he can get into. Such a judgment is impossible until the end of his third year in medical school, when class rank and USMLE scores have been largely determined.

I'm a senior in HS, and while I know that I have no idea how well I'll do in med school (assuming I get in) I was just wondering if there was something like this site for residencies. I'm aiming to end up in a fairly limited geographical area and I'm wondering if I even have a shot at finding any positions there. (Alaska, Washington, or Oregon)

There are sites, but they're well beyond your concerns at this point. Trust me on this one. You don't even know what the USMLE is like (or the MCAT, or college tests), let alone what the scores mean, and so on.

As for positions in the Northwest - depends on what you want to go in to. I can guarantee you that there are a lot more programs in internal medicine, pediatrics and general surgery than there are in anesthesiology, dermatology, and ophthalmology. But since you are a minimum of 8 years (and many accomplishments) away from having to make that decision, there's no point in getting worked up about it now.

OP asked for information. Here it is:
