Residency policy

Does anyone know if out of state students can be considered in state students after living in PA/attending PSU for a certain amount of time or anything like that? I can't seem to find the answer on the university's website.

Thanks for your time!

Bravo, Sikorsky!

And this is the “technology” generation??? ;)

I think they are pretty stringent on being able to qualify for instate. I remember last year we were looking for ways to be able to qualify for instate and I remember they had all their bases covered. There were others with the same questions. I think you had to have a business in which you could then apply instate. Hope this helps:)

The basic criteria is where or not you are living in state solely so you can go to school there. You would pretty much have to differ admission, get a full time job, permanent address, etc. and then re-apply.

Or, your parents can find a Job in PA and move there…

sorry, i mean defer admission…
