Resident Hall Contract opp out

<p>I have a resident hall contract that they say I cant get out of, Its a Manzanita Village if any one wants to get it out of my hands or knows how to get out of it, it would be appreciated.Thanks</p>

<p>dang that sux. can’t you cancel it for a fee?
if not, you could resort to desperate measures: get kicked out of the RES HALLS.
lol, plenty of ways to do that…</p>

<p>is it a single? or a double? is it a 10 meal plan or w/e? i have a single at san raf - i kinda want to spend less $$$ a quarter, so i wouldn’t mind switching for a double on the proviso that i would be saving considerably more.</p>

<p>i believe its either 5 or 600 a QUARTER. either way, that’s 15-1800 less i would be paying for a year. i know it might seem miniscule to some, but it adds up.</p>

<p>Okay, that is a good sum. Since a parking pass is like 500 a year and that seems a bit excessive IMO. I cant even fathom how large a list of fun things to do with 2000 bucks could be.</p>
