Our d (first kid) moved to Purdue yesterday. Moving in process was great.
Here are some thoughts about the space and rooms.
Owen room size is ok. My d and her roommate both have their beds lofted. Paid $100 each extra to get that done. But I don’t feel it’s comfortable at all . The struggle to get up on the bed is real. There is no ladder so they literally have to climb up on their desk to get in the bed, not enough space to sit up on bed cause it’s too close to the ceiling. The part I didn’t like the most is. There is no Sink in the room. Just a personal opinion I would pay little extra to at least have a Sink the room. I guess my baby’s is stuck in there for this year. I wish there was way to move to a suit style room. Nothing against Purdue just didn’t like owen hall at all. NO AC, NO SINK or Bath costs $8184
