Restaurant in westwood

so i'm staying on campus over thanksgivings holiday. Do you guys have any suggestions for any of the restaurants around campus since all the dining halls are closed? thx

Headlines is nice for breakfast: quiet, good price,…wait shouldn’t be too bad…there is chipotle for lunch and enzos is good too…also whole foods market, but being a college student u prolly dont care about healthy lol :)

I’ve gone to the Novel Cafe once or twice, not bad food, but pricey. Same goes with California Pizza Kitchen.

I’ve heard that Bella Pita pretty good. Apparently, it’s open late too. (2am everyday) Been meaning to try that place.

Other than that, that’s about it for what I know in Westwood… This may help though:

Fat Sals ftw

thanks guys!

The Stand is an awesome burger joint on Westwood.

But if you want the cheapest go to burger kind on le conte

After trying many of the restaurants in Westwood, I have to say the best restaurants (especially for a college students) are In N out, Bella Pita, Fat Sals, and Gushi. In N out and Bella pita are really cheap (and Bella pita is healthy with the vegetables…get the wowshies for the best deal for your money) while Fat Sals and Gushi are for when you’re feeling hungrier. conveniently, they are all next to each other.

Other good food - go to Angelino’s cafe (yelp it). Mom and pop italian food, great for pasta. Definitely pricier (10 bucks for din din) but well worth it. Archie will take care of you. If you can walk a bit further, Westwood Thai Cafe (westwood blvd, south of wilshire across from Borders) has a good lunch special. La Monica’s for pizza I love. Mongol King/Mongols = mongolian BBQ and they don’t care if you stuff the the meats flat to maximize your dollar.

As a huge westwood fatty, go out and enjoy!

Other good but farther, more expensive spots =

Fresh Corn Grill

Sunni Lebanese cafe
