Retake SATs for Stanford Transfer?

<p>In high school, I didn't do too well on my SATs (got an 1820). But now I'm a community college sophomore with my **** together, and I'm ready to apply to Stanford for transfer.</p>

<p>My question is: does Stanford expect me to have retaken the SATs after high school for a higher score before I apply to transfer? </p>

<p>'Wondering if SATs still play a role in admission for transfer students. The UCs sure don't care.</p>

<p>My friend apply to Stanford too. He haven’t taken the SAT tests, but he ranked top in IPHO. If your application materials are outstanding enough, I think it will be OK. However, it is just my own thought.</p>
