Retake subject test or SAT?

<p>I plan on applying ED to a school, but can't decide in what order I should retake my 640 subject test and 1420/2170 SAT. Of course, one will be taken in October and the other in November, but which is more important to improve if I am applying to top schools, including some ivys? My other subject test score is fine but it is my 640 that is lacking. I want to retake the SAT because I know I can improve it to ~ 2250. </p>

<p>Also, this is a bit unrelated but when you rush send your scores to your ED school in November, do you get to see the scores first?</p>
