So, I took math II and got a 740 back in May. I am now in BC calc and can probably bring my score up to an 800. Should I do stand by testing this January, or does it not make a difference at all? Thanks!

It makes a small difference. If you get an 800 on SAT physics or something, don’t worry about it.

I didnt take the phsyics test… I only took Bio with math. On Bio I got a 780. On the regular SAT math, I got a 780…
Any other suggestions?

Well, if you’re certain you can get an 800 on the retake, it may be a good idea to retake. Ultimately, you did reasonably well; those scores won’t hurt you, but the 800 on math II could give you a small boost. Good luck.
