I scored 800 CR, 800 WR, and 700 M on the SAT; should i retake this or will colleges see this as an unhealthy obsession. I know it is a 2300 which is really good, but i feel as though i could get 740-760 if i retook, is it worth it? Will it make a difference in admissions?

I'd say that if (1) you're certain that you won't do worse on CR/WR AND that you have a really good chance of getting 800 M, OR (2) you intend to major in math/sci/eng, retake it.

Otherwise, leave it alone. You did plenty well enough.

I truly depends on where you wish to apply. I mean, a 2300 is outstanding and will get you into 99% of the colleges out there. Yet, schools such as MIT, Harvard, etc. look for more than just high board scores. Yet, if you feel you can do better, by all means retake; heck, it could even open up more scholarship opportunities

It wont make a difference.
