Retakes?

<p>First post! :)</p>

<p>Can/should I retake the SAT IIs if I don't do as well on them as I need to? I don't mean exactly bombing them - and I don't know what I got yet - but I am just wondering if it works the same way as the SAT Is, where they only look at your best score per test (for most schools) over several testings.</p>

<p>On a related note - if I take more SAT IIs than I need, can I send only the ones I want to (the highest ones, that is)? I'm just not sure how that works. IE, I take Physics, World Hist, and Lit, but I bomb Lit. For schools that only need 2, if the score is sent to them, do they disregard it? (I am taking some in January, so I think I'll have to send them to all the school's I'm applying to, even if I bomb. Is that right?)</p>

<p>You can put on your app which scores you want them to consider. Of course they'll see them all, but most schools take a max of 3 anyway and they'll usually take your best scores.</p>

<p>Don't worry so much! Just wait to decide what to do until you receive your scores.</p>
