Retaking SAT IIs

I got back my November SAT II scores recently, and they were pretty bad. Basically, one was good (760 on Literature), but my Math II and Spanish with listening were rough (670 and 600, respectively.. don't worry about the percentiles, because they're just sad). I did as poorly as I did on the two because the tests were given November 4th, right after my early application, and I had virtually no time to study for them.

So anyway, just about all of the schools I'm applying to will take scores from the January SAT II, so I'm going to retake them. I was just wondering two things.

First, most of the schools I'm applying to only want 2 SAT IIs (besides a few Ivies that want 3). I know Dartmouth only considers the two highest SAT IIs, but how common is that among other top colleges (eg., Cornell, Williams, BC)?

And second, I assume I can retake the Math II and get rid of that one score, because most colleges consider only the highest score of each test if they've been retaken. But for the Spanish with listening, it's only administered in November. If I retook it, I'd have to take the writing-only Spanish SAT II. Now I'd imagine that a mid-to-high 700s score on that would convince the colleges that my 600 on the listening was aberrant, but since it's the same material, would they still look at the 600, or not consider it at all?

A 600 on a language test, unless you're fluent, isn't actually that bad...and no, I don't think they're supposed to consider it. But if you're bent on re-taking it, I'd think that they'd assume it to just be a fluke. :]
