Retaking SAT or ACT tests AFTER college admissions? I'm planning to transfer

<p>I was rejected by my top school, UPenn. I want to transfer, but my SAT and ACT scores are horrible. Although my friend got in with a 1800, he had a near perfect GPA and many leadership positions. </p>

<p>I have 3.6 GPA unweighed, 3.8 weighed, 22 composite on ACT and 1600's on SAT. Never took SAT II's. </p>

<p>Transfer to UPenn requires sat/act scores. Should I retake any of the tests? I prefer SAT. Is it worth it after all the applications? The SAT and ACT don't even matter anymore, but possibly for transfers.</p>

<p>IS THIS REALLY WORTH IT?</p>

<p>If you wait atleast 2 years to transfer, test scores shouldn’t really matter anymore. Otherwise, yeah, I think you should.</p>
